Currently serving as the Vice President of the Patient Engagement division at healow, Sidd leads a team in delivering cutting-edge healthcare solutions, including contact center solutions, patient check-in systems, payment solutions, and patient messaging tools to improve patient and provider engagement. With a solid background in product growth strategy and team management, Sidd has successfully overseen large-scale health IT projects, such as the Primary Care Information Project in New York City, which increased healthcare access for underserved populations. Sidd holds a Master's degree in Health Informatics and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, providing him with the technical expertise and strategic vision necessary to drive impactful healthcare innovations.
